Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (KFOR) – It was a terrifying Thanksgiving for employees at a medical marijuana dispensary in Oklahoma City, which was open for the holidays.

Officers arrived at Mango Cannabis at 6201 Northwest Expy after an employee told the dispatcher that an armed robbery entered the store around 11:10 a.m.

According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, the worker ran outside screaming when the male suspect walked in.
A store security guard confronted an armed intruder.

While the details of the encounter are still under investigation, KFOR 4 was told by police that a security guard shot the man dead. When the police arrived, they found the body of the suspected robbery in the store.

So far, no one has been arrested and no one is injured.

Investigations continue, according to OKCPD.
