(WSVN) – A Chicago police officer on vacation in Florida has been arrested after peeing in a bar’s ice machine.
The incident occurred Monday morning at Jimmy B’s Bar at the Beachcomber Hotel in St. Pete Beach, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
Employees first found 30-year-old Henry Capouch “urinating on ice in the machine,” according to the arrest report.
When a worker told the man to stop, Capouch began cursing him and pushing him “several times,” he said. He then pushed a security guard at the bar, the victim said.
According to the arrest report, when agents responded to the scene, employees and security escorted them to the beach where Capouch was with his girlfriend.
“The defendant actively resisted and initially disobeyed lawful orders while in custody,” the attorney wrote in his arrest affidavit. When hit, the defendant continued to scream and remained standing.”
Capouch was arrested and charged with battery and disorderly conduct.
Agency spokesperson confirmed FOX13 Capouch said he was “released from police authority” pending an internal investigation.
