One dead, three injured in River North shooting, police say
One person was killed and three wounded in a shootout outside a bar in River North early Sunday morning.
Chicago – A man was charged with picking up a gun that fell outside river north Nightclub after fatal shooting 1 person and 3 others injured.
Police said the shooting occurred early Sunday morning in front of Hush Chicago at 311 Chicago Street. Security footage showed 19-year-old Jimmy Silva getting out of his car to retrieve a gun dropped by security when he was injured, prosecutors said.
Prosecutors said Silva was in the car with several others and was driving away with a gun pointed out the window. One of his suspects was in the car with Silva.

Officers discovered the car and found Silva hiding behind a parked car, according to prosecutors. Officers detained Silva and found a gun in her well on the driver’s side of a parked car, according to prosecutors and police.
Silva was charged with illegal use of a weapon and ordered to post bail of $20,000.
