Surveillance footage captured the moment the two robbers were pistol-whipped California jewelry store employee.
At approximately 2:40 pm on Saturday, October 15, two armed suspects broke in. Gemma’s Jewelers in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Two suspects, Christopher Lamar, 28, and Angel Olvera, 23, are said to have dressed up as Amazon employees and security guards.
Surveillance footage shows customers and employees alike cowering behind the store’s glass cases as the suspect charges toward the fine jewelry.

Rancho Cucamonga Police Department said one of the suspects repeatedly beat another with a pistol. employee in broad daylight.
The suspect fled the store and stole thousands of dollars worth of jewelry.
An employee who worked at the Target next door told Fox 11 that he was shaken by the robbery.
“I was just at work pulling a cart and saw a lot of police and women. [employee] seemed hurt. Another employee, Mia Spera, also expressed concern.
“I actually saw the video and it broke my heart,” she said. “Honestly, it was really sad when he had a physical relationship with her because you can’t threaten anyone or even touch them.
The store employee was taken to a local hospital for his injuries and then released.
Wednesday, October 19, 2022, Law Enforcement Found Lamar in San Bernardino. Lamar was arrested and Rancho was placed in Cucamonga’s West He Valley Detention Center.

And on Thursday, October 20, 2022, Olvera was in Rancho Cucamonga and was taken into custody. Olvera is also being held in West Valley Detention Center, awaiting a court hearing.
