Surat AAP corporator bites security guard – Newsroom Odisha

Surat: AAP corporator in Surat, Sejal Malaviya, took a bite when a female security guard was dismissed from a meeting of the board of Surat municipal enterprises.

The incident occurred Friday at zero hour of the meeting when BJP leader Amit Rajput attempted to raise the oath issue involving former Delhi Social Justice Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam. This was opposed by his AAP trustees in attendance and led to an uproar.

In response to the commotion, Surat Mayor Hemali Bogawara suspended AAP corporal Mahesh Angan from the meeting, after which security guards were ordered to expel all party corporators.

During this time Malaviya bit a guard.

The Rajputs condemned the act and demanded an apology from the Corporators.
